The team of INTERIDAN Company Ltd are working on board the vessel and at the seashore, inside and outside the ship

Our company can provide you riding squads during voyage, hydro-blasting and sand-blasting operations & painting works.

 

№1.PAINTING. - In our team we have experienced workers with knowledge of painting process. In previous years with experience working in a ship yard, our team is ready to fulfill projects for painting exteriors and interiors rooms and ship hull. Also we can do painting works with rope climbers for hard to reach areas. We do have all the necessary certificates for our workers. For surface cleaning we use rented (by employer) hydro-blasting equipment that allows to make cleaning for desirable condition and to prepare surface for painting as it is required by technology.

№ 3. Water blasting. - Hydro-blasting is an extremely effective method for cleaning large surfaces, heat transfer equipment, tanks and vessels, pipes and process equipment. Hydro-blasting is quick and clean, and because it utilizes water, you don’t pay extra for materials such as sand or other aggregate.

 

 № 4. Painting process. - Coatings are applied in accordance with paint manufacturer’s guidelines with all necessary criteria being met prior to commencement of coating and of course carefully complied with during the coating process.

 

№ 5. Performance of work. - From our side we prepare full list of needed equipment for cleaning and painting works. Making paint materials calculations and coordinate it all with the owner -Performance of work-Our practice shows that budget for doing paint jobs while vessel is traveling is a lot lower than doing it in the Dry Dock. We can do the work in voyage and by this we can eliminate downtime for the vessel and by that reduce the costs.

Our team performed work of hydro-blasting at m/v “Beccaria” from April till July 2015th year. We painted holds with the help of airless spray machine. Also we carried out work on cleaning and painting of the hull (the external part), the mast, the smoke pipe using climber equipment.

On the tanker (Oil Tanker) MT 'KUBAN' DWT-106.000t in the course of the vessel in 10 days was removed 50 tons of cargo residues petroleum is being repaired (Tuzla) Turkish. Our team during 2.5 months clean out and painted 5х2 ballast tanks -20%. Main pipes (cleaning 40%) painting 100%. 2 masts. Superstructure. Sloop-beam. Smoke-pipe 3 catheads. All air valve of ballast tanks. (Oil Tanker) “SCF Tanker MV Ural" DWT -159.000t we removed oil-oil fuel from cargo tanks in an amount of 45-50 m3. We worked in a Greek company Goldenport 2004-2009 worked for bulkers m/v “Lindos” and m/v “Gianni D” as a painter-Sandblasting and hydro-blasting the ballast tanks followed by painting with two component paint.

 

Our specialists are not only ship painters, they also worked on the chemical and metallurgical plants, sand blasting and painting racks, pipelines, at an altitude reservoirs, tanks, building bridges, metal constructions, atomic icebreakers, trains, tankers, bulk carriers, Ro-Ro, etc, as they are universal painters.
